Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Bread slices ....6
  2. Mashed potato,...1/2 cup
  3. Grated paneer....1/2 cup
  4. Salt, red and green chillies to taste
  5. Black pepper...2 pinch
  6. Lemon juice or amchur powder (optional)
  7. Butter as required

Instructions

  1. Mix everything except butter and keep aside
  2. Take a bread slice, cut corners and roll it with rolling pin
  3. Keep stuffing in middle of the bread piece, roll tightly and seal the corner with water
  4. Make all the breads likewise and keep aside
  5. Heat a non stick tawa or pan and keep these bread fingers on it.
  6. Using butter, let these fingers fry on all sides
  7. Serve with chutney of your choice, perfect for kids lunch boxes too
  8. These tastes good even without chutney
