Sai means green and bhaji means veggies

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Palak chopped finely....2 cups
  2. Mixed chopped veggies like lauki, carrots, beans, peas, potato.....2 cups
  3. Salt, green and red chillies to taste
  4. Ginger grated....1 tea spoon
  5. Tomato finely chopped....2
  6. Butter....as desired

Instructions

  1. Except butter put everything in cooker, add salt and cook for 4 or 5 whistles
  2. Let the cooker cool down of it's own
  3. Mash all the veggies and serve with dollop of butter on the top
  4. Instant bhaji is ready to be served with chapati or rice
  5. Enjoy
