Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 5 Ripe chopped tomatoes
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1 chopped carrot
  4. 1/4 chopped beetroot
  5. 4 garlic cloves
  6. 1 inch ginger piece
  7. 1/2 tsp. Black pepper powder
  8. 1/2 tsp black salt
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tsp. Sugar
  11. Some chopped green onions
  12. 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. Put all the chopped vegetables in the cooker
  2. Add 1 cup water and black pepper powder and salt
  3. Now close the cooker and take 4 whistles.
  4. After it blend it with the handblender and sieve it.
  5. Then add sugar and black salt and mix it.
  6. Now garnish it with spring onion
  7. Healthy tasty tomato soup is ready
