In my lazy day this steamed chicken with hot steam rice is my comfort food It's not only easy and less time consuming but also very very yummy .

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 200 grams boneless chicken
  2. 1 fist full of coriander leaves
  3. 3 to 4 green chilies
  4. 3 to 4 pods of garlic
  5. 5 pieces of cashew nuts soaked in water
  6. 2 small onion chopped
  7. Salt and sugar to taste
  8. 3 table spoon mustard oil
  9. 1 tea spoon black pepper powder

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken in cubes
  2. Make paste of coriander leaves , green chilies , cashew nuts , garlic and onion
  3. Mix properly with the chicken pieces
  4. Add crushed black pepper
  5. Add salt and sugar and turmeric powder
  6. Add mustard oil and mix thoroughly
  7. Put the marinated chicken pieces into a dabba with lid and close the lid properly
  8. Boil water in a pan and put the dabba into it. Water should be at the half way of the dabba, put a weight on it and steam it for 15 minutes in low flame
  9. Relish the yummy chicken with hot steam rice
