Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1cup sabudani
  2. 1cup sugar
  3. 1 tsp cardamom powder
  4. 1/2 cup water
  5. 1tsp food color orange
  6. 1tsp food color green
  7. 1tsp food color blue for decoration

Instructions

  1. wash the Sabudana correctly in water and drain the waterWash the sabudana correctly in water and drain the water.Keep washed sabudana in a vessel for 8 hours to swells and enlarge
  2. During this 8 hours period sprinkle little water in a vessel for 1 or 2 times (do not put too much water)
  3. After 8 hours take another vessel ,add one cup sugar and half cup of water.Start to boil until it becomes thick syrup and make 3 parts.Add orange color to 1 part,add free color to another part.Leave the 3rd part without add any color
  4. add sabudana to all the 3 syrup parts and 1 tsp cardamom powder
  5. mix well the 3 sabudana parts separately until its uniformly colored and mix
  6. here I used these 3 parts and formed the India Map also use blue food color and draw a wheel at the center.Now the recipe is ready to serve and eat
