Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup whole wheat flour
  2. 1/4 cup soya flour
  3. 1/4 cup bajra flour
  4. 1/2 cup finely chopped methi/fenugreek
  5. 1/4 cup karela skin washed, peeled and finely chopped
  6. 1 tsp grated garlic
  7. 1/2 tsp haldi powder
  8. 1 tsp chilli powder
  9. 1 tsp dhania powder
  10. 1 tbsp coriander leaves chopped
  11. Salt to taste
  12. 2 tsp oil to brush over the theplas

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients and knead into a firm dough using enough water.
  2. Divide the dough into 10 equal portions and roll each portion into a circle.
  3. Cook each thela on a non stick pan till both sides are golden brown.
  4. Brush each thela with a little oil.
  5. Serve hot with curd, chunda and pickle.
