Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup sprouts moong
  2. 1 cup peanut boiled and peeled
  3. 1 cup tofu/paneer cut in small cubed
  4. 1/2 cup anardana/pomegranate seeds
  5. 1 onion chopped
  6. 1 tomato chopped
  7. 1/2 cup finally chopped methi leaves washed
  8. 1 tsp coriander leaves chopped
  9. 1/2 TSP lemon juice
  10. 1 tsp sugar
  11. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  12. 1 tsp chaat masala
  13. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  14. 2-3 pinch black salt
  15. Salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. First steam sprouts for 3-4 minutes. Cool completely and drain water if any.
  2. In a mixing bowl mix all ingredients for chaat and mix well.
  3. Serve as a evening snack.
