Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 dark chocolate biscuit pack
  2. 2 tbsp butter
  3. 1 pack of chocolate ice cream
  4. Chocolate chips or gems for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Crush dark chocolate biscuits in a mixer grinder. Add butter and mix properly.
  2. Greased the cake mould with butter and sprinkle the chocolate biscuit mixture on it. Press it evenly on all four sides.
  3. One layer of chocolate biscuits, second layer of chocolate ice cream then again biscuit layer and last ice cream layer.
  4. Put it in the freezer to set for 2-3 hours.
  5. Garnish it with chocolate chip or gems. Serve immediately.
