Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup green Gram
  2. 1 finely chopped onion
  3. 1 finely chopped tomato
  4. 1 tbsp red chilli powder (adjust your spicy)
  5. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  6. 1/2 tsp coriander powder
  7. 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  8. Salt to taste
  9. 3/4 tsp Mustard seeds
  10. 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
  11. Few Curry leaves
  12. 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  13. Oil as needed
  14. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  15. For chapati
  16. 2 cup Wheat flour
  17. 1/2 tsp salt
  18. 1 tbsp oil
  19. Oil or ghee for roasting

Instructions

  1. Firstly in the vessel add water and green gram boil it until they cooked 98%
  2. Next take the pan and heat the oil, add mustard and cumin seeds, few Curry leaves allow it to splutter them.
  3. After add spices and salt saute for a seconds. Then add boiled Green gram's give a good mix
  4. Additionally add chopped coriander leaves. Now serve with chapati or rice, rori
  5. For chapati :- take the mixing bowl add sieved flour and salt then add oil or ghee now mix well. Next add needed water and make a smooth dough. And rest for 10 mins.
  6. After 10 mins take the dough and knead well. Make a medium size balls.
  7. Further take the ball roll it with the help of rolling pin to small puri then apply or grease the oil then fold it half now grease the oil and fold it , it comes in triangle shape.
  8. Now sprinkle some dust and roll it large round shape chapati.
  9. Further more heat the tawa, grease the oil . And put the chapati apply oil or ghee and roast both sides.
  10. Finally chapati and green gram sabji is ready.
