Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Red lentil(masoor) 1cup.
  2. Chana dal 1/4cup.
  3. Red chillies 4_6.
  4. Garlic cloves 6.
  5. Ginger 2"piece.
  6. Green chillies 2nos.
  7. Onion one no (small).
  8. Mustard oil 200 ml
  9. Salt to taste.

Instructions

  1. Soak both the lentils for 2_3 hours.
  2. Wet grind coarsely along with onion,red chillies,ginger and garlic.
  3. Add salt ,blend well.Keep adide for 10minutes.
  4. Heat oil in a kadahi.Make golf ball sized balls of lentil batter and deep fry on medium heat till golden.
  5. Serve with tamarind chutney.
