ABOUT Kadai Methi Paneer RECIPE

An absolutely fantastic recipe that is my own and is made very often by me for my loved ones and friends both. White succulent cubes of Indian Cottage Cheese are cooked in small Fenugreek leaves and Pav Bhaji masala that just melts in your mouth. An all time superb comfort food for your families on any given day. Trust me guys, your house and your heart both will be filled with a unique aroma of fresh Fenugreek leaves whenever you make it. You will automatically get addicted to it. Happy Cooking Everyone!

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Paneer cubes 400 gm
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Onions finely chopped 2
  4. Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  5. Small Fenugreek leaves chopped 2-3 bunches
  6. Butter 2-3 tbsp
  7. Coriander leaves finely chopped 1/4 cup
  8. Paneer masala 1 tsp
  9. Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  10. Green chillies finely chopped 2
  11. Pav Bhaji masala 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a kadai.
  2. Saute onions with ginger garlic paste and green chillies.
  3. After 3 to 4 minutes of sauteeing, add the spices and the paneer cubes.
  4. Mix well to coat all the cubes with the spices and then finally add the chopped Fenugreek leaves.
  5. Cover and simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with naan, chapatis, Parathas, zeera rice or any pulao.
