Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup mix sprouts ( moong, mooth, kala channa)
  2. 1/2 cup rice
  3. 1/2 cup dalia/broken wheat
  4. 2 tbsp oil/ghee
  5. 1 tsp jeera
  6. 2 to 3 cloves/laung
  7. 1 stick dalchini/Cinnamon
  8. 2 elaichi/cardamom
  9. 2 bay leaves
  10. 1 tsp ginger paste
  11. 1 tsp garlic paste
  12. 1 tsp green chilli paste
  13. 1/2 tsp black pepper coarsely grind
  14. 1 cup mix vegetable chopped( carrot, green peas, cauliflower)
  15. 1/4 cup onion chopped
  16. 1/4 cup tomato chopped
  17. 2 tbsp curd
  18. 1/2 tsp haldi/tumeric powder
  19. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  20. 1/2 cup paneer cut in cube
  21. 1/2 to chilli powder
  22. Salt to taste
  23. 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add the cumin seeds.
  2. When the cumin seeds crackle add the cloves, elaichi, bay leaves and cinneman stick and saute for one seconds.
  3. Add onion, ginger, garlic and green chilli paste and saute on a medium flame for a few seconds.
  4. Add tomatoes, salt, haldi powder, garam masala, red chilli powder and cook for 2 minutes.
  5. Add rice, sprouts and daliya and mix vegetable and saute for 1 minutes.
  6. Add paneer, curd and mix well.
  7. Add 21/2 cups water and pressure cook two whistle.
  8. Then pressure release and garnish with coriander leaves.
  9. Serve hot with papad and curd.
