I have used only 1 tspn oil for this dish.Tummy filling this dish I can enjoy it as breakfast ,lunch anytime.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Semolina....2cup
  2. Peas...1cup
  3. Garlic cloves...3
  4. Green chilli...2
  5. Curry leaves...2tspn
  6. Mustard seeds...1tspn
  7. Oil...1tspn
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Onion ...1

Instructions

  1. Heat 3 cup water in a kachai.Add salt, semolina & cook it for few minutes.
  2. When semolina cooked it well,switch off the flame.
  3. Make it cool for few minutes & make a soft dough.
  4. Make a paste of peas,garlic & green chilli.
  5. Brush oil in a non stick pan.Add chopped onion, peas paste & salt.
  6. Add cumin powder & cook it in low flame.If needed add 1/4th cup water to boil.But don't add extra oil.
  7. Make a dry mixture of it.
  8. Take small portion from semolina dough,put 2tspn peas mixture in it & wrap it well.
  9. Now boil water in a kadhai,put one stand & place all semolina balls on it.Boil it for 10 minutes. Then take out.
  10. Now again brush oil in a pan.Fry curry leaved & mustard steeds for few seconde.Then add all boiled semolina balls in it.Fry it for 2 minutes.
  11. It's a very healthy but tasty dish.Enjoy it with green or red chutney.
