Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Suji 1/4 cup
  2. Pure ghee 1/2 kg
  3. Makhana 100 grms
  4. almonds 100 gram
  5. pistachio 100 grms
  6. cashews 50 grms
  7. Gond 100 grm
  8. raisins 50 grms
  9. Powdered sugar 1/4 kg


  1. Heat the ghee and fry all the dry fruits...Almonds,pistachio, cashew,raisins separately
  2. Remove in a plate
  3. In the same ghee fry the Gond and remove it
  4. In the same ghee fry the Makhana
  5. What ever ghee is left in the same pan saute the suji till golden brown
  6. Grind all the dry fruits
  7. Mix the suji and the sugar as well
  8. Adjust the sugar as per your taste
  9. Fill on an air tight jar and enjoy
