Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 3 cup Wheat flour
  2. 1 cup spinach leaves puree
  3. 1 tsp garam masala
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 2 tbsp semolina
  6. 1 tbsp besan
  7. 1/2 cup carrot puree
  8. Oil for roasting or deep fry
  9. 1 tsp garlic paste

Instructions

  1. In the mixi jar add wash and removed hard stick of spinach leaves and little water to make the smooth purée. Keep aside. Next in mixi jar add the grated carrot and make the purée. Both Grind separately.
  2. Take a mixing bowl add Wheat flour, salt, garam masala, semolina mix well
  3. Then add carrot and spinach purée into the flour mixture. And knead the smooth dough.
  4. After make the balls and roll it with the help of rolling pin.
  5. Further roast both sides on oil greasing tawa or deep fry in oil.
  6. Repeat this process to all Roti's. Serve with chutney, sabji, sambar saagu etc
