Masala pomfret fry is very tasty.serve it hot with rice.

Masala pomfret fry.

Ingredients to make Masala pomfret fry.

  • 2 big size white pomfret fish.
  • 2 tbsp ginger paste.
  • 2 tbsp garlic paste.
  • curd 4-5 tbsp.
  • turmeric powder 1 tbsp.
  • red chilli powder 2 tbsp.
  • lemon juice 2 tbsp.
  • salt to taste.
  • butter 2 tbsp.
  • Sunflower oil 2 tbsp.

How to make Masala pomfret fry.

  1. Wash the pomfret properly.now marinate it with lemon juice and 1/2 tsp salt.
  2. Take a big bowl add all the ingredients for marination and make a thick paste.Now add pomfret fish coat it on both sides properly.
  3. Let it marinate for minimum 20-30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  4. Heat butter and oil in a nonstick tawa until hot.
  5. Fry the fish until turns golden brown in colour.
  6. Garnish with cucumber, tomato and onion.
