ABOUT Chocolate Beetroot cake RECIPE

In winter we get lot of vegatables.Beetroot one of them.we eat beetroot cuuri .I prepared cake with beetroot and chocolate .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat 1 cup
  2. Beetroot 1/2 cup paste
  3. Egg 2
  4. Jaggeey 1/3 cup
  5. Oil 1/3 cup
  6. Bak8ng powder 1 tsp
  7. Chocolate powder 5 tsp
  8. Cherry for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add egg and jaggery batter it well.
  2. Add oil mixed it well.
  3. Add whole wheat and baking powder and chocolate powder ,batter it well.
  4. Add beetroot paste also.
  5. Take a cake mould grease it well.
  6. Add cake batter .
  7. Take kodai keep it cake mould, cover it for 20 minutes with low flame.
  8. Remove it .Demould it.
  9. Garnishing with sugar powder and cherry ,serve Chocolate Beetroot cake .
