ABOUT Tiramisu( Eggless) RECIPE

The rich, creamy yummilicious italian dessert. It's one dessert, as soon as i think of it, my mouth starts watering.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Ladyfinger biscuits 1 packet OR sponge cake
  2. Cream cheese 250 ml
  3. Whipping cream 250 ml
  4. Vanilla Essence 1tsp
  5. 1 cup of water
  6. 3tsp good quality espresso coffee
  7. Coco powder 2 tbsp
  8. Sugar 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. Take cream cheese and powdered sugar in a bowl. Mix it properly until There 's no lumps in it.
  2. In another bowl beat cream until you get stiff peaks
  3. Now mix the whipped cream into the cream cheese ,also add vanilla essence to it.
  4. Take 1 cup of water add 3tsp of esspresso coffee to it, boil it and make the coffee decoction. Let it cool.
  5. Take laday finger biscuits one by one,lightly dip it into the cooled espresso decoction .
  6. Do not soak or the biscuits will be soggy.
  7. Line the biscuits in a rectangular /square baking dish with a layer of lady fingers.
  8. Alternatively, if using sponge cake, cit a thin layer of sponge cake and place it at the base of the rectangle or square baking dish. Take about 2 tsp of coffee decoction and spread it over the cake layer
  9. Spread half of the cream mixture over the biscuits/ cake layer
  10. Repeat another layer of biscuits/ cake and then cover it with rest of the mixture of cheese and cream.
  11. Spread the creamand cheese mix, evenly over the ladyfingers/ cake.
  12. Keep the dish in the fridge and let it chill for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
  13. Dust cocoa powder over the chilled tiramisu and serve!
