These two are my grandson's favourites. I am going to meet him in near future. But now impatient , so made this.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chicken drumsticks 4
  2. For Marination
  3. Curd 3 tbsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  7. Chilli powder 1 tbsp
  8. Spinach chopped 1 cup
  9. Onions chopped 4 to 5
  10. Coconut grated 2 tbsp
  11. Garlic florets 4 to 5
  12. Ginger grated 1 5sp
  13. Cloves 4 to 5
  14. Pepper whole 6
  15. Cinnamon 1/2 inch piece
  16. Bay leaves 2
  17. Curry leaves fresh 4 to 6
  18. Coriander powder 2 tsp
  19. Garam masala 1 tsp
  20. chilli powder 1 tsp
  21. Tuemeric 1/4 tsp
  22. oil 2 tbsp
  23. Butter 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and marinate chicken with salt, turmeric, curd, ginger ,garlic and chilli powder.
  2. Refrigerate for an hour.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Add Cloves, Cardamom, pepper.
  4. As it splutter add Onions.
  5. Saute, Add bay leaves, curry leaves.
  6. Fry on medium heat, add ginger, garlic.
  7. Add Chicken drumsticks. Fry for 5 minutes.
  8. Add turmeric, chilli powder, Coriander powder, garam masala.
  9. Fry for 2 minutes
  10. Add chopped Spinach. Add coconut .
  11. Fry, add required water. Adjust salt and masala.
  12. Pressure cook to four whistles.
  13. Serve by adding butter. Garnish with coriander leaves.
