Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 cup of amarnath leaves
  2. 1/2 cup fenugreek leaves
  3. 1/2 cup spinach leaves
  4. 1/2 cup drumstick leaves
  5. 1 1/2 cup wheat flour
  6. 1/2 cup gram flour
  7. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  8. 1 tsp green chilli paste
  9. Pinch of turmeric powder
  10. salt to taste
  11. 1/2 tsp cumin and coriander powder
  12. 1/4 tsp kasturi methi
  13. 1/4 tsp chat masala
  14. 1 tbsp curd
  15. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  16. oil for roasting.


  1. Take large mixing bowl add sieved flours, all masala ingredients,
  2. Then add washed and finely chopped mix green leafy veggies, curd and butter mix well uniformaly together.
  3. Further add liittle water and knead the smooth dough like chapati dough. Then roll it round shape or as your wish .
  4. Next Heat the tawa grease the oil and roast both sides.
  5. Finally mix green leafy veggies THEPLA or roti is ready.
