Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 8 Tiger prawns.
  2. 2 medium sized chopped onions.
  3. Ginger,garlic paste 2 tbsp.
  4. Chopped tomatoes 3 tbsp.
  5. Kashew 50 gm.
  6. Sahi garam masala 1 tbsp.
  7. coconut milk 1 cup.
  8. turmeric powder 1 tsp.
  9. Red chilli powder 1 tbsp.
  10. salt to taste.
  11. sugar 1 tsp.
  12. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
  13. butter 1 tbsp.
  14. Musturd oil 3-4 tbsp.


  1. Clean prawns and rince properly.
  2. Add some salt and 1 tsp turmeric powder mix it well.
  3. Heat butter in a pan add kashew, chopped tomatoes cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Let it cool down add coconut milk and friend to smooth paste.
  5. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Then shallow fry the prawns in hot musturd oil remove it keep aside.
  7. Add chopped Onion's and fry till they turn golden colour,and ginger garlic paste cook it for 4-5 minutes.after this time add tumeric powder,red chilli powder,suger 1/2 tsp and salt to taste.
  8. Cook it on medium flame till oil starts for separate.add 1 cup water then add fryed prawns in the gravy cover it and cook for 10 minutes.
  9. After 10 minutes add kashew paste cook it for 5 minutes.after 5 mintutes sprinkle sahi garam masala powder.
  10. Switch off the flame garnish with chopped coriander leaves..
