Kalakand

Ingredients to make Kalakand

  • Chenna 400 gm.
  • Grated khoya kheer 3 tbsp.
  • Condensed milk 200 grams
  • Milk 3 tbsp.
  • ghee 1 tbsp.
  • Chopped pista 2 tbsp.
  • Chopped cashew 2 tbsp.

How to make Kalakand

  1. Combine milk, chenna ,khoya kheer and condence milk in a nonstick kadai,mix all very well.
  2. Cook the mixture for 8-10 minutes on low flame.stir continuously while scraping the sides of the pan in between.
  3. Grease a box with ghee and pour in the kalakand mixture.smooth it with a spatula. Garnish with chopped nuts.
  4. Let it kalakand cool down completely.
