Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 3 cup Wheat flour
  2. Salt to taste
  3. 6 tbsp semolina
  4. Oil for deep fry
  5. 1/2 cup carrot purée
  6. 1/2 cup spinach purée

Instructions

  1. Firstly take the mixing bowl add 1 cup of maida, Salt to taste, 2 tbsp rava. And carrot purée mix well. Then knead the smooth dough. If needed add water. And keep aside
  2. Next take the 1 cup maida, salt add Spinach purée, rava mix well and knead the smooth dough. And keep aside
  3. After take the another one cup of maida and salt, rava, mix well. Then add needed water to make the smooth dough and keep aside
  4. Now take all dough's, make balls and roll it like cylindrical shape.
  5. Attach one end of the all 3 colour cylindrical roll. And make a bridal. And take the sharp knife. Cut into small piece.
  6. Then just gently roll to sprinkle some dust and deep fry in oil.
  7. Finally healthy tricolor bhature is ready to serve.
