Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 eggs
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 2 tbsp oil
  4. 1 bowl cooked rice
  5. 1 chopped carrot
  6. 3-4 french beans
  7. 2 tbsp spring onions
  8. 1/2 cup peas
  9. 1 tsp black pepper
  10. 1 tsp salt
  11. 1 green chilli
  12. 1 tbsp soya sauce
  13. 1 tsp chopped ginger
  14. 1 tsp chopped garlic

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan add a tbsp of oil , add eggs , salt,black pepper and mix well. Remove on a plate.
  2. Add a tbsp of oil, cumin seeds, chopped onions, beans, carrot, spring onion, peas, salt and green chili and cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Now add soya sauce, mix and add cooked rice and fried crumbled eggs and mix 2 minutes.
  4. Egg fried rice is ready to serve your kids.
