Tater tots are deep fried, usually prepared with grated potatoes,these dangerously addictive bite sized foods are served for starter or as a side. You can dish out this fantastic, dangerously addictive small bites with different vegetables. These tater tots are known very much for their cylindrical shape and crispy exterior. However tater tots can be baked as well if you want to make those deep fried beauties as a guilt free snacks.

Baked Potato-Carrot Tater Tots

Ingredients to make Baked Potato-Carrot Tater Tots

  • 3 potatoes (cooked & mashed)
  • 1/2cup carrot (grated)
  • 2tbsp Corn flour
  • 1/2cup Grated cheese
  • 1tbsp Flax seeds
  • 1/2tsp garlic powder
  • pepper powder
  • salt
  • oil for baking

How to make Baked Potato-Carrot Tater Tots

  1. Preheat the oven to 375F. Line a baking tray with a baking paper.
  2. Take the mashed potatoes, grated carrot, flax seeds,cheese, corn flour,garlic powder,pepper powder and salt in a bowl.
  3. Take enough potato mixture and shape as a oval shaped tots.
  4. Arrange the tots to the already prepared baking tray, brush tots with oil.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden.
  6. Serve with your favourite sauce.
