ABOUT Blueberry Cheesecake RECIPE

A yummy delicacy for all the people with a sweet tooth.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. sugar
  2. Cream cheese
  3. Cream
  4. Crackers
  5. Blueberry jam
  6. butter

Instructions

  1. With a beater blend creamcheese, sugar and cream.
  2. Take crackers and grind them to make a coarse powder.
  3. Add butter in the cracker mix.
  4. Set it as the lowest layer in a greased mould.
  5. Add the layer of creamcheese mix on it.
  6. Next add the layer of blueberry jam.
  7. Set in a refrigerator for 2 hours.
  8. Blueberry cheesecake is ready.
