Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2kg chicken mince
  2. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  3. One onion chopped finely
  4. 4green chillies chopped
  5. 1tbsp butter
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 1tbsp maida
  8. For the cover
  9. Half kg maida
  10. 4boiled potatoes
  11. 2tsp oil
  12. Salt to taste
  13. 1beaten egg
  14. Bread crumbs for coating
  15. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take butter in a pan add in chopped onion
  2. Then add-in ginger garlic paste saute then add in chicken keema then add green chillies then add in salt
  3. Once the chicken keema dry add in maida and dry it
  4. Now prepare the cover knead the dough with maida, boiled potatoes little oil and water
  5. Make small roti put in the filling make in half moons shape dip it in beaten egg then bread crumbs
  6. Then deep fry it
