ABOUT Chocolate pyramid Slice RECIPE

As we know chocolate is everyone's favorite, specially kids.. so this recipe is specially for them because in this recipe we can add lots of dry fruits in it. So that if they will ask for Chocolate we can happily agree.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Digestive or Horlicks biscuits 175 gm
  2. Dried Apricots or dates(chopped) 5-8 pieces
  3. Cadbury milk chocolate broken into pieces
  4. Condensed milk 200 ml
  5. Mixed nuts 100 gm
  6. Square or rectangular cake tin

Instructions

  1. First of all line the cake tin with the cling film.
  2. Roughly crushed the biscuits and keep aside.
  3. In a heavy bottom pan add the condensed milk and chocolate and on a gentle flame hit the mixture until the Chocolate melts.
  4. Stir continuesly.
  5. Remove from heat and add the biscuits, dried fruits and chopped nuts and mix well.
  6. Now tilt the cake tin one side and spoon the mixture on to the other side and press it gently and level the surface. Leave until firm and cool.
  7. Remove the Chocolate pyramid from the tin and peel away the film.
  8. Melt some chocolate.fill a piping bag and dazzle lines of melted chocolate over the pyramid.
  9. Leave to set.
  10. Serve by cutting the pyramid in thin slices.
