Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 3 eggs
  2. 2/5 cup maida
  3. 20 /22Oreo biscuits
  4. 2cups milk
  5. 2/ 1/2 cups sugar
  6. 1 tsp vanilla essence
  7. 100grms butter
  8. 2tbsp coco powder
  9. 2tsp baking powder
  10. For butter cream
  11. 200grms unsalted butter
  12. 200 cups Icing sugar
  13. Food color as requeired
  14. Vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl add in maida, Egg's, milk, sugar, baking powder, vanilla essence, coco powder then grind the oreos in the blender and then add the grinded Oreo's inthe mixture.
  2. Mix it well with the help of spatula.
  3. Then pre heat the oven at 180 degree.
  4. Line the cupcake liners in the baking dish and then pour the batter in it.
  5. Bake it for maximum 20 to 25 minutes.
  6. Prick the toothpick and see weather the cake is done.
  7. Cool the cake and then do the icing with the butter cream.
  8. For butter cream frosting.
  9. In a bowl take butter, icing sugar and vanilla essence.
  10. Then beat it with the help of hand mixer.
  11. Then blend it till soft peeks.
  12. Once done divide into portions add in food colors as requeired then put the icing in piping bags
