Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Burger bun 1
  2. Potatoes 5-6
  3. Cheese slice 1
  4. Tomato 1/2 cup
  5. Onion 1/2 cup
  6. Red chilly powder 1 spoon
  7. Turmeric powder 1 spoon
  8. Coriander powder 1 spoon
  9. Garam masala 1 spoon
  10. Salt 1 pinch
  11. Ginger-garlic paste 1 spoon
  12. Bread crumbs 1 cup
  13. Oil 3 spoons
  14. Mayonese 1 cup
  15. Butter 1 cup
  16. Corn flour 1/2 cup

Instructions

  1. First, boil potatoes and then mash them.
  2. Now take mashed potatoes, red chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala, salt, ginger-garlic paste, bread crumbs, corn flour and mix well.
  3. Now make tikkis of it and then coat it in bread crumbs.
  4. Heat tawa and place the tikkis and spread oil on it and shallow fry it.
  5. Cut burger bun into two halves and then spread butter on it.
  6. Heat tawa, place burger buns and roast it from both sides.
  7. Take 1 part of bun and spread mayonese, place tomatoes, onions , tikki, chesse slice and again another part of bun.
  8. Serve veg burger with tomato ketchup.
