Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. rice 1 cup
  2. pudina one bunch
  3. garlic 25 grams
  4. ginger 25 grams
  5. cashew nuts 25 grams
  6. salt one tablespoon
  7. green chillies five
  8. jeera 1 tbsp


  1. first cook the rice and keep aside
  2. Grind pudina , Ginger, garlic, green chilli and keep a side
  3. Keep pan on the stove add 4 tdp oil
  4. after heating oil add jeera and cashew nuts
  5. after fried cashew nuts and add pudina paste and salt
  6. After add rice and mix well
  7. The tasty pudina rice is ready to taste
