Healthy substitute for the maida crapes

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Flax seed powder 25 gms
  2. Boiled and cold milk 50 ml
  3. Wipped cream optional
  4. Any fresh seasonal fruits
  5. Olive oil 50 GM's 15 GM's for mixing and remaining for cooking
  6. Foxtail millets powder 25 gms
  7. Oats powder 25 gms
  8. Quinoa powder 25 gms
  9. Whole wheat flour 25 gms
  10. Almond powder 15 gms
  11. 2 eggs
  12. Palm sugar 25 gms

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
  2. Beat the 2 eggs with olive oil and palm sugar till palm sugar dissolves
  3. Add a little milk and mix , repeat this step till the batter reaches dosa consistency
  4. Heat a small fry pan with lid, add a dash of olive oil and pour the batter into it, spread it evenly, cover with the lid for 1 min
  5. Flip it to the other side , cover with lid for 45 sec
  6. Place the crapes, on a plate, serve with fresh cut fruits and if you have it handyadd a dash of fresh whipped cream or honey
