Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour...2cup
  2. Egg...1
  3. Active yeast...1tspn
  4. Milk powder...2tspn
  5. Sugar...1tspn
  6. Butter...2cube
  7. Oil...1tspn
  8. Boneless fish piece...2
  9. Green capsicum...1
  10. Red capsicum...1
  11. Onion...1
  12. Garlic cloves....5
  13. Soya sauce...1tspn
  14. Tomato chilli sauce...2tspn
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Til for decoration

Instructions

  1. At first mix milk powder, egg, yeast with a cup of slightly hot water.Covet it & keep it in hot place for 10 minutes.
  2. Then add flour & salt & make a very sticky dough.
  3. Add some dry flour & rub it well.Stickyness will gone.Apply a tspn of oil on the dough ,cover it & keep rest for an hour.
  4. After an hour size will double.Again rub it well & make a soft dough.
  5. Now heat 1tspn oil in a pan,add chopped onion,green chilli, garlic paste, chopped red & green capsicum.Saute it for few minutes.
  6. Add slightly fried & mashed fishes.
  7. Add all sauce & salt.Toss it & switch off the gas.
  8. Now take a small portion from the dough,roll it & cut it four corners from the centre.Put 1tspn fish mixture in the centre.
  9. Wrap it open portion & make a shape of rose.
  10. Prepare all roses & brush butter over it.
  11. Now put one stand in a kadhai or pressure cooker & make it hot for 10 minutes on gas in low flame.
  12. Put all roses on the stand ,cover it & bake it for 25 to 30 minutes.Colour will start to change after 20 minutes.
  13. Switch off the gas.Open the lid & take out the buns.Brush butter again,make it cool for few minutes & serve.
