ABOUT Veg Idli RECIPE

Idli is very healthy & tasty dish for breakfast & even for lunch box.But for kids it should be beautiful also.So I have tried to make it beautiful with carrot & peas.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Idli Rawa...2cup
  2. Flex seeds...1tspn
  3. Curd...3tspn
  4. Grated carrot...2 cup
  5. Peas...1cup
  6. Cumin powder...1teaspn
  7. Desiccated coconut....2tspn
  8. Eno...1tspn
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Milk as needed

Instructions

  1. Make a batter of semolina/rawa,curd,salt,cumin powder ,flex seeds & desiccated coconut.Add milk to make a thick consistency batter.Keep rest for 10 Minutes.
  2. Then add grated carrot.
  3. Add eno & mix it.
  4. Now grease idli mould with butter & pour 1tspn idli batter topping with some peas.Microwave it just 3 minutes.
  5. Serve it with green chutney.
