Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. soaked green gram-1 cup
  2. ghee-1tsp
  3. jaggery or brown sugar-1/2cup
  4. coconut shreaded-1/2cup
  5. cardamom-1
  6. salt and water

Instructions

  1. pressure cook the gram witn salt and water for about 4 whistles or until cooked
  2. in a kadai add ghee cardamom jaggery and water so that jaggery gets melted
  3. now add the cooked gram and mix well
  4. Add the grated coconut just give a stir for few seconds
  5. our yummy quick sweet is ready to eat
  6. garnish with shreaded coconut and brown sugar
