Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. All purpose flour 3/4 cup
  2. Water 200 ml
  3. Sugar 2 tbsp
  4. Butter 2 tbsp
  5. Salt 1/4 tsp
  6. Castor sugar 4 tbsp
  7. Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
  8. Oil for frying


  1. Take water and sugar un a pan.
  2. Keep to boil.Add butter and salt too.When sugar dissolves and water starts boiling put off the gas.
  3. Add 3/4 cup APF and mix well till you get a homogenous lump.
  4. Now take this in a plate and let it cool slightly till you can handle with hands.
  5. Knead well to form a smooth dough.
  6. Take icing bag fitted with star nozzle and put a portion of this warm dough in it.
  7. Start making long churros on butter paper or directly in hot oil.
  8. Put them in medium slow heat and fry till they become golden and crispy from all sides.
  9. Remove on a tissue lined plate.
  10. Mix castor sugar and cinnamon powder in a broad plate.Coat the fried churros.
  11. Remove in a plate.
  12. Similarly fry and coat all the churros.Serve them with thick chocolate sauce.
