ABOUT Curd sandwich RECIPE

Its a healthy version of sandwich basically its a no fire :fire: dish .. perfect for lunch box or evening snacks

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup hung curd ( water separated from curd)
  2. 1/2 cup grated carrot
  3. 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  4. 1/3 cups boiled pease
  5. 1/2 tspn salt
  6. 1/4 cup finely chopped coriender leaves

Instructions

  1. Take bread slice cut corners
  2. In a bowl take hung curd n add boiled pease n all other veggies mentioned above
  3. Add salt n mix well curd stuffing is ready
  4. In a bread slice apply curd stuffing n keep second bread on it
  5. Cut bread in to two pieces
  6. Curd sandwich is ready
