Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1/4 cup green gram
  2. 1/2 cup oats
  3. Ghee 1 tspn
  4. Mashed potatoes 1
  5. Finely chopped veggies like carrot , peas , tomato , available at ur home

Instructions

  1. Soak green gram in water for at least 4 hrs
  2. In morning grind it
  3. Take a pan put one tspn ghee add boiled veggies n mash potato keep stirring when it's semi cooked add grinded green gram n oats mix well n cook it for 4 to 5 mins
  4. Add water n cook it for 10 mins excess water will be soaked it will look like upma
  5. Protein rich toddler upma is ready my kids loved it when they r toddler
