Kids love pizzas.This home made pizza is slightly a healthier option when compared to the one which is available outside.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Refined flour (maida) 1 & 1/2cups
  2. Wheat flour 1/4 cup
  3. Quinoa flour 2 table spoons
  4. Dry yeast 1 tea spoon
  5. Sugar 1 tea spoon
  6. Warm water 1 cup
  7. Salt 1& 1/4 tea spoon(for pizza base)
  8. olive oil 4 table spoons
  9. Minced tomatoes 1 cup(for pizza sauce)
  10. onions 3
  11. capsicum 1
  12. Sweet corn 1/4 cup
  13. paneer 1/4 cup
  14. Minced garlic 2 table spoons
  15. Kashmiri Chilly powder 1 tea spoon
  16. Kitchen king masala 1 tea spoon
  17. Mixed herbs 2 table spoons
  18. Schezwan sauce 1 tea spoon
  19. Shredded Cheese 1 cup


  1. Take 1 cup warm water and add sugar & yeast to it.Mix well and let it rest for 10 minutes in a warm place.After 10 minutes the yeast mixture turns frothy.This indicates that the yeast is activated.
  2. In a large bowl take plain flour,wheat and quinoa flour.Add yeast mixture to these flours and knead it by adding olive oil
  3. Now the dough for pizza base is ready.coat it with oil and cover it.Let this dough rest for 2 hours which helps it to raise
  4. Mean while we can prepare the pizza sauce.Heat oil in a pan and add 1 cup minced onions,garlic to it
  5. Now add 1 cup minced tomatoes, schezwan sauce,salt,chilly powder,kitchen king masala powder,salt,mixed herbs and required amount of water to it and cook it well until it turns out to the consistency of a sauce
  6. Preheat microwave at 200 degrees Celsius
  7. Divide the pizza dough in to two equal parts
  8. Now take a microwave safe pizza pan and place one part of the dough and flatten it with hands for an even pizza base
  9. For a thin crust pizza flatten the dough thinly.prick with a fork all over the base.
  10. Now apply pizza sauce on the pizza base. Add diced onions,capsicum,paneer,sweet corn on top of it and add shredded cheese to it
  11. Bake it in the pre heated microwave for 20 to 25 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius
  12. Repeat it for the other part of the dough.
  13. Serve hot with pizza seasoning and chilli flakes
