Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Cooking chocolate 250 gm
  2. Cream 250 ml
  3. Powdered sugar 1 cup
  4. Digestive biscuits or graham crackers 20
  5. Butter 3 tbsp or a little more to mix in the crumbs
  6. 1 1/2 tbsp gelatin

Instructions

  1. Melt the cooking chocolate and slowly fold in the cream and sugar.
  2. For the biscuit crumb base, blend the biscuits and add butter. Transfer at the base of the pan, press gently and chill in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
  3. Soak the gelatin in 2 tbsp of water for 5 minutes. Stir the bloomed gelatin in the chocolate mix.
  4. Pour this chocolate cream mix on the biscuit base. Allow it to set overnight in the fridge.
