ABOUT Mango Lassi RECIPE

A refreshing thick beverage made from fresh mangoes and yogurt. Great for summer coolers!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup - r Mangoes chopped
  2. 2 cups - Yogurt(dahi)
  3. 2 tbsp - Sugar to taste- 2tbsp
  4. A pinch or two of cardamom powder
  5. A pinch of Saffron strands (optional)
  6. Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add the mangoes, yogurt, sugar and ice in a food processor. Process until smooth
  2. Mix cardamom powder and saffron. Add more curd/milk if lassi is too thick.
  3. Serve cold!
