  1. Ingredients For Bread:
  2. Flour 3 Cups
  3. Warm Milk 1 cup
  4. Milk powder 2 tbsp
  5. Warm water 1/2 cup
  6. Egg 1
  7. Sugar 3 tbsp
  8. Oil 1/4 cup or Melted Butter 1/4 cup ( can you either of these two)
  9. Yeast 1 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt 1/2 tsp
  11. Cheese Cubes 6 to 8 or alternatively you can use bottled cream cheese
  12. Egg (for brushing) 1
  13. Ingredients For Glaze:
  14. Sugar 1/2 cup
  15. water 1/4 cup
  16. Honey 4 tbsp
  17. Saffron 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. First for glaze use 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup water and 1/4 saffron and boil them till it get thick. Add the Honey 4 tbsp and make it cold.
  2. For the bread put 3 cup flour, milk powder 2 tbsp, water 1/2 cup, 1 egg, 3 tbsp sugar, 1/4 cup oil or 1/4 cup butter, Yeast 1 1/2 tsp, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 cup warm water or warm milk and knead all the dough for 10 minutes.
  3. Cover the dough and let it rise for 40 minutes. Make small balls and in the center put cheese cubes. (Each cheese cube divided into 4 portion).
  4. Grease your baking tray with either oil or butter.
  5. Put these balls in the baking tray and cover it. Let it rise for 15 minutes. Brush the balls with egg.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade. Drizzle the glaze once out of the oven.
