Three lentils have gone into making this lovely looking daal which is an innovative take on the famous Khatti Daal of Hyderabad. Easy to make and is done quickly too. Pigeon Pea Lentils, Red Lentils and Yellow Lentils are used by me in this delicious comfort food of all times. This can be enjoyed with ghee, pickle and poppadoms for a lovely meal anytime you want to eat something divine. Happy Mealtimes!
