Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup carrot
  2. 1 cup broccoli
  3. 1 cup beans
  4. 1 cup green red and yelkow capsicum
  5. 1/2 cup tofu
  6. 1/2 cup corns
  7. 1 tablespoon salt
  8. 1 tsp pepper
  9. 1 tsp chilli flakes
  10. 1 tsp oregeno
  11. 6 slices of bread
  12. 2 tablespoon mayonise
  13. 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. Chop the vegetables in a chopper until all the vegetables are chopped completely.
  2. In a deep bowl, incorporate the vegetables with salt pepper chilli flakes and oregeno and give a quick mix.
  3. Spread the mayonise on one slice of bread and ketchup on the other slice of bread.
  4. Fill the bread with the vegetable mixture. Donot overfill.
  5. Grill the bread for about 5-6 mins or until golden brown.
  6. Serve hot .
