Ingredients Serving: 10

1 cup milk
2tbsp vinegar
3/4cup powder sugar
1/3cup oil
1tsp vanilla extract
1cup flour
1/3cup cocoa powder
1/2tsp baking soda
1tsp baking powder

Instructions

Add milk and vinegar in a bowl.Mix well and keep aside for 5mins
Add sugar,oil, Vanilla in the above mixture and mix.
In a separate bowl whisk the dry ingredients
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix
Pour the batter into cupcake liners and bake in preheated oven at 180'c for 20mins.
Frost the cupcakes with chocolate buttercream.
