Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/2cup palak Puree
  3. 2 tbsp oil
  4. 1/2tbsp roasted jeera powder
  5. salt as per taste
  6. water as required
  7. Chopped garlic
  8. 1 bowl chopped tomato
  9. 1 bowl coriander leaves
  10. 50g grated paneer
  11. 1/4 tbsp black pepper
  12. 1/4 tbsp haldi powder
  13. 1/4 tbsp Garam masala
  14. 1/4 tbsp mustard seeds


  1. For making dough firstly add wheat flour add jeers, salt and oil mix well than add palak puree to it and mix well add some oil to it to soften it and your dough is ready now
  2. For filling now firstly heat Kadhai and add 2 tbsp oil and 1/4 tbsp mustard seeds in it add chopped garlic to it and stir fry it than add chopped onion to it and mix it than add black pepper, haldi powder and garam masala and mix it well
  3. Now add chopped tomato ,chopped coriander and grated Paneer and mix it well add salt as per taste and mix it. Your filling is ready now
  4. Now make palak chapati when the chapati gets cooked than spread tomato sauce and schezwan chutney to it properly
  5. Now add veggie filling to chapati and fold it nicely.Your palak paneer Kathi roll is ready to eat.
