About Chicken doughnuts Recipe

Children like doughnuts. But sweet doughnuts are not always good for health. This is a healthy and tasty doughnut.

Chicken doughnuts

Ingredients to make Chicken doughnuts

  • Boneless chicken 200 grms
  • Blackpepper powder 1/2 tspn
  • salt 1 tspn
  • Garam masala 1/2 tspn
  • cumin powder 1/2 tspn
  • Corriander powder 1/2 tspn
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tspn
  • ginger Garlic paste 1 tspn
  • Chopped onion 1/2 cup
  • Chopped green chilli 3
  • Chopped corriander leaves 3 tblspn
  • Mashed boiled potato 3
  • all purpose flour 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 1/4 cup
  • egg 3
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup
  • oil for frying doughnuts

How to make Chicken doughnuts

  1. Except Egg, mashe potato, all purpose flour, corn flour, oil and bread crumbs take all ingredients in a mixing jar and make a fine paste.
  2. Now take the paste in a mixing bowl . Add mashed potato, all purpose flour, corn flour and one egg and mix it well. Make a dough.
  3. Beat 2 eggs in a mixing bowl and keep it aside.
  4. Now take a small part from the dough and flate it with hands and cut in centre with cookie cutter to give a shape of doughnut
  5. Noe dip the doughnuts into egg mixture and then coat with bread crumbs.
  6. Now heat oil in a pan and dip fry the doughnuts in low to medium flame.
  7. Now serve thease hot with any type of sauce.

My Tip:

You can store the doughnuts without frying in freeger for one month. Whenever rewuired you can fry and serve.
