About Chicken doughnuts Recipe

Kids like doughnuts. But sweet doughnuts are not always good for health. My this doughnut recipe is healthy and tasty .

Chicken doughnuts

Ingredients to make Chicken doughnuts

  • Boneless chicken 200 grms
  • Blackpepper powder 1/2 tspn
  • Garam masala 1/2 tspn
  • salt 1 tspn
  • cumin powder 1/2 tspn
  • Corriander powder 1/2 tdpn
  • red chilli powder 1/2 tspn
  • ginger Garlic paste 1 tspn
  • Chopped onion 1/2 cup
  • Chopped green chilli 3
  • Chopped Corrianer leaves 3 tblspn
  • Mashed boiled potato 2
  • All purpise flour 1/2 cup
  • Corn flour 1/4 cup
  • oil for frying doughnuts
  • egg 3
  • Breadcrumbs 1 cup

How to make Chicken doughnuts

  1. Except oil, bread crumbs, all purpose flour, corn flour, egg and potato take all ingredients in a mixing jar and make a fine paste.
  2. Now take the paste in a mixing bowl and add 1 egg, corn flour, all purpose flour, mashed potato and mix it well to make a dough.
  3. Now beat 2 eggs in a mixing bowl and keep it aside.
  4. Now take a small part from the dough and flat it with hands and cut from centre with a cookie cutter to give the dhape of doughnut.
  5. Now dip the doughnuts into the egg mixture and then coat them with bread crumbs.
  6. Now heat oil in a pan and dip fry the doughnuts in low to medium flame.
  7. Now serve thease hot with any type of sauce.

My Tip:

You cwn store the doughnuts without frying in freeger for one month. Whenver require you can fry and serve hot.
