Kids like doughnuts. But sweet doughnuts are not always good for health. My this doughnut recipe is healthy and tasty .

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boneless chicken 200 grms
  2. Blackpepper powder 1/2 tspn
  3. Garam masala 1/2 tspn
  4. Salt 1 tspn
  5. Cumin powder 1/2 tspn
  6. Corriander powder 1/2 tdpn
  7. Red chilli powder 1/2 tspn
  8. Ginger Garlic paste 1 tspn
  9. Chopped onion 1/2 cup
  10. Chopped green chilli 3
  11. Chopped Corrianer leaves 3 tblspn
  12. Mashed boiled potato 2
  13. All purpise flour 1/2 cup
  14. Corn flour 1/4 cup
  15. Oil for frying doughnuts
  16. Egg 3
  17. Breadcrumbs 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Except oil, bread crumbs, all purpose flour, corn flour, egg and potato take all ingredients in a mixing jar and make a fine paste.
  2. Now take the paste in a mixing bowl and add 1 egg, corn flour, all purpose flour, mashed potato and mix it well to make a dough.
  3. Now beat 2 eggs in a mixing bowl and keep it aside.
  4. Now take a small part from the dough and flat it with hands and cut from centre with a cookie cutter to give the dhape of doughnut.
  5. Now dip the doughnuts into the egg mixture and then coat them with bread crumbs.
  6. Now heat oil in a pan and dip fry the doughnuts in low to medium flame.
  7. Now serve thease hot with any type of sauce.
