Kids always loves pizza and these pizza are very healthy and testy because it makes semolina so very healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1cup semolina
  2. 2tabs yoghurt
  3. 1tabs sugar powder
  4. 1/2tsp baking soda
  5. Salt to test
  6. For pizza topping -
  7. 1onion diced
  8. 1tomato diced
  9. 1capsicum diced
  10. 1/2tsp origeno
  11. 2tabs pizza sause
  12. 1tsp chiili flex
  13. Salt to test
  14. 1cup monzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Firstly in a mixer jar add semolina and grind it make a fine powder.
  2. now In a mixing bowl add semolina, yoghurt, sugar powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt and mix well all together and make dough.Now cover it and keep aside for 2hours.
  3. After 2hours take small portion of the dough and roll it evenly with the help of rolling pin and prick the pizza base with fork or knife.
  4. Now heat up a pan on lowest possible heat and put the pizza base on it and cover the pizza base from the lid. And bake the pizza base 3-4minutes on the low falme.
  5. After 3minutes turn off the flame, now pizza base is ready.
  6. Now spread the pizza sause on the base and spread diced onion, tomato, capsicum and mozzarella cheese. You can add veggies of your choice.
  7. Now heat pan and put the pizza on it and cover it. Bake the pizza for about 8-10minutes.
  8. Now semolina pan pizza is ready to serve.
