ABOUT crispy Bread rolls RECIPE

Children loves so much bread items, and these rolls aee very crisy and testy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 4 wheat bread slices
  2. 2big potato
  3. 1/4cup peas
  4. 1 tabs ginger, garlic,green chilli paste
  5. 1tsp lemon juce
  6. 1tabs oil
  7. 1tabs coriander leaves
  8. 1/4tsp turmeric powder
  9. A pinch of hing
  10. Salt to test
  11. 2tabs corn flour, salt to test and water
  12. 1cup bread crumbs
  13. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Firstly boil the potatoes and peel these. Mash the potatoes and keep aside.
  2. Now heat up oil in a pan add hing and ginger, garlic, green chilli paste. Saute for about a minute, then add turmeric powder, peas and mix well.
  3. Now add mashed potato and salt stir well. Then add lemon juce, coriander leaves and mix well. Stuffing is ready.
  4. Now take the bread slice and remove the edges. Take the bread slice and flatten it with the help of rolling pin. Spread a little water on the slice. Take spoonful of stuffy and make a roll of it. seal all the edges and make a nice roll.
  5. In a bowl add corn flour, salt, and water mix it. Make it thin batter.
  6. Take bread crumbs in a plate. Dip each roll into the batter and then coat well with bread crumbs. Repeat with the other bread slice.
  7. Now heat Up oil in a pan drop one by one roll in it and fry on medium to high heat until these turn nice golden and crisp from all sides.
  8. Take the rolls out into a dish and you can serve bread rolls with any chutney or sause.
